Misumi Nagisa adlı genç kız, ünlü bir öğrencidir ve son derece sportif bir yapısı vardır ayrıca ders çalışmaktan nefret eder. Yukishiro Honoka ise oldukça zarif ve seçkin bir öğrencidir ama çok sakardır. Verone kız okulunda okuyan 2.sınıf öğrencileridir. Bir gece Nagisa ve Honoka gökyüzünden düşen iki garip yaratık olan Meppuru ve Mippuru ile tanışırlar. Meppuru ve Mippuru, gezegenlerinde ki kötü Dotsuko-bölgesi onların yaşam yerlerini karartmıştır ve onlarda bu yüzden Dünya'ya kaçmışlardır. Meppuru ve Mippuru, Nagisa ve Honoka'ya düşmanlara karşı Dünya'yı koruyabilmeleri için sahip oldukları güçlerden onlara verirler. Dotsuko-bölgesi'nden yollanan düşmanlara karşı Nagisa ve Honoka sahip oldukları güçlerle ellerinden geleni yapacaklardır.
